Date: Thu, 26 May 2005 08:42:08 -0400 From: Hal Evans To: Cecilia Gerber , Ken Johns , D0 Run2b L1Cal Trigger Subject: SCIPC effort report for L1Cal Hi Cecilia and Ken, Attached is the final version of the Run IIb L1Cal effort report. Because the pre-installation period is critical to the success of the L1Cal project, we have included an estimate of effort during that time as well as during the installation and commissioning. If you want to extract installation and commissioning work only look for tasks f (installation), g (commissioning) and h (management). Tasks d (online) and e (offline) will also naturally extend into the installation/commissioning time - but their main focus will be in the run-up to installation. I am cc'in the rest of the L1Cal group on this mail in case they notice any obvious mistakes in the list. (L1Cal'ers - please point out anything wrong that you notice.) Regards - Hal 25-May-05 RUN IIB L1CAL EFFORT REPORTING ============================== Notes on Table Below -------------------- 0) For more details on the status of installation/commissioning see: http://www-clued0.fnal.gov/~alstone/D0Work/L1Cal/Installation/Notes/ 2005-05-17_summary.html 1) Position - prof, postdoc, grad, undergrad, ep(=engineering physicist), engineer, tech 2) FTE a) planned fraction of total time (*not* just research time) devoted to the project through installation and commissioning.
